What types of therapy do you provide?

At Big Valley Therapy, we offer a variety of services, including individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, and premarital counseling. We work with clients to address challenges such as communication issues, relationship conflicts, anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions.

Our approach is collaborative and tailored to your unique needs. We draw from evidence-based models like Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy. Our goal is to provide a supportive space where you can explore challenges, build stronger connections, and achieve meaningful growth.

Sessions typically last 50 minutes, but extended sessions (75–90 minutes) may be available for couples or families who need additional time.

The cost of a standard 50-minute session is $150. We also offer sliding-scale fees based on financial need. Please contact us to discuss payment options.

We are an out-of-network provider for most insurance plans. However, we can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
